Empowerment THROUGH COACHING
As a coach, my core beliefs revolve around mindset, consistency, and discipline.
With the correct training & nutrition, I was able to transform my shape. If I can do it…you can too!
Today I aspire to promote empowerment and positively impact the lives of others.
This is a lifestyle to me and I genuinely LOVE to train and eat well to fuel my body. I indulge when the time is right, and I live to challenge myself daily. I try to approach each and every day with the goal of growth and learning.
THE ONLY PERSON YOU SHOULD TRY TO BE BETTER THAN IS THE PERSON YOU WERE YESTERDAY!

I have been totally blown away by the results of following Maddie’s nutrition plan which she adapted to my likes and dislikes. Not only have I lost the fat I wanted to lose without stepping foot in a gym, but I have also got more energy and I feel much healthier overall. I am eating more food than I did before I started with Maddie but I now have the body I want!
